Jangan Melamar Perusahaan dengan Ciri Seperti Ini

Bisa jadi Anda rugi sendiri nantinya kalau Anda tetap nekat melamar di perusahaan dengan ciri-ciri yang akan diuraikan di bawah ini. Memang sejatinya mendapat pekerjaan adalah mimpi semua orang yang belum bekerja. Namun jangan sampai karena saking membutuhkannya, Anda melamar apa saja dan dimana saja.

1.     Di Bawah UMR

Jangan bekerja di perusahaan yang memberikan gaji di bawah UMR. Anda harus mempunyai “harga” untuk diri sendiri dan kemampuan Anda. Jangan sampai karena sangat membutuhkan Anda terima-terima saja. Itu bisa jadi kesalahan terbesar yang Anda lakukan dalam menapaki karier. Tidak perlu jugalah jual mahal dan meminta melambung di atas UMR—bagi fresh graduate, setidaknya UMR sajalah.

2.     Di Ujung Dunia

Jangan juga Anda bekerja di perusahaan yang lokasinya jauh dengan rumah Anda. Ijangan sampai nekat menerima pekerjaan yang membuat Anda susah di kemudian hari. Bukan saja kelelahan fisik tetapi juga menguras kantong Anda. Bukannya bisa menabung tapi penghasilan Anda lebih terkuras untuk biaya transportasi.

3.     Atasan Tidak Menghargai Karyawan

Nah apalagi jika Anda sampai terjebak dengan atasan yang tidak menghargai karyawannya. Bisa-bisa Anda “makan hati” yang membuat Anda tidak bisa menikmati apa yang Anda lakukan. Penting untuk Anda ketahui siapa dan bagaimana atasan Anda karena dengan dialah nantinya Anda akan menghabiskan 7-8 jam waktu kerja Anda.

4.     Aturan yang Tidak Pasti

Semestinya sebelum Anda memasuki perusahaan tersebut dan mengikat kontrak dengannya Anda harus tahu pasti mengenai aturan-aturan disana dan merasa sesuai atau tidak. Jangan sampai Anda sepele dengan hal ini kemudian di pertengahan tidak cocok dan mau berhenti. Ini bisa menyebabkan kerugian di kedua pihak—Anda rugi dan perusahaan juga rugi.

5.     Tidak Menghormati Perempuan

Penting untuk Anda ketahui hak-hak karyawan perempuan di perusahaan tersebut. Karena terkadang ada perusahaan yang tidak menghormati hak-hak perempuan. Jika perusahaan yang Anda lamar berada di pihak yang “ramah” terhadap perempuan, Anda bisa melangkah maju untuk mencoba bergabung dengan perusahaan tersebut. (T. Alur)
